Responsibilities
* Cook and present dishes to recipe standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Support the creation of daily specials to showcase your skills and excite our guests.
* Keep food prep areas stocked, clean, and ready throughout service.
* Follow food safety standards and help minimise waste.
* Work with your team and Kitchen Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences.
* Cook Breakfast to the required brand standard.
* Participate in career development through fully funded apprenticeships and our Chef Academy.

Qualifications
* Previous cooking experience (restaurant, hotel, pub or similar) or a willingness to learn by joining our Chef Academy and completing a funded Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.
* Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
* Basic Food Safety certification (or willingness to complete training).
* A passion for great food and creating memorable guest experiences.
* A positive attitude, commitment to teamwork and desire to learn.
