and What You'll Be Doing
The Commercial Litigation team in Sheffield handles a variety of contract and property disputes for both commercial and individual clients.
The role will sit within the Property team which specialises in a variety of cases involving trespass, nuisance, property damage, breach of covenant, and landlord and tenant claims. These claims are usually funded by Legal Expenses Insurance, so the role involves dealing with insurers as well as clients.
As a Paralegal in Property Litigation, you’ll have the chance to manage your own caseload and develop strong relationships with your own clients. You’ll need to have the confidence to deal with matters right from the very beginning, being both approachable as well as efficient to resolve matters as quickly as possible for our clients.
About You
What we'll need from you
1. Previous paralegal experience is desirable – but not essential
2. Preferably some experience within Litigation or Property Law
3. Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances
