Honeycomb is thrilled to be partnering with an established Banking Organisation to find a Senior Customer Advisor to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As a Senior Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for identifying, recording, and responding to customers facing financial difficulty. You will ensure effective customer support by: Communicating with customers to understand their financial circumstances Making appropriate decisions that support customers Fully understanding the individual needs of customers Working closely with customers to agree on sustainable strategies that work for both them and the bank Appropriately signposting customers to external agencies and debt advice organisations when they are in financial difficulty, experiencing vulnerability, or require further help with mortgage or financial decisions Monitoring ongoing support arrangements to ensure they accurately reflect customers' current financial situations Assisting customers with debt management tools where appropriate The Person Strong customer service or financial services experience Experience working with vulnerable customers and the ability to hold difficult conversations Ability to build strong relationships with customers Positive and proactive attitude Package / Benefits Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Hybrid working is available after probation £29,400 per annum.
