What you will do
* Provide oversight of product strategy and expertise for Depth Filtration products. Serve as the point of contact for questions and problem solving for internal partners and external customers.
* Be responsible for the Depth Filtration portfolio and ensure compliance with site Quality Management System requirements.
* Identify new market opportunities for portfolio innovation; guide Engineering and suppliers in designing new product features and manage development through a stage-gated process.
* Maintain the product portfolio through lifecycle management, including optimization and sustainability programs post-launch.
* Engage with customers on depth filters to translate business requirements into problem statements and product concepts for R&D teams.
* Bring products to market, including documentation, marketing material, strategy, and campaigns.
* Partner with marketing to create compelling customer-facing material and commercial sales tools; maintain strong relationships with the commercial team.
Who you are
* Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related life sciences discipline.
* Proven background in practical bioprocess applications, marketing, product management, or (technical) sales in the biopharmaceutical industry.
* Strong analytical and process skills, including technical filterability and business intelligence analysis.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documents and presentations.
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Environment
* Ability to travel up to 25% globally.
* Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice to have
* Bioprocessing process development experience.
* Technical sales experience of bioprocessing equipment or consumables.
* Material science knowledge.
