My client is seeking an International Marketing Manager to support growth and geographic expansion across our international distributor‑led markets.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, Business Development, this role leverages and adapts global brand and category strategies/resources into commercially effective, distributor‑ready marketing execution. The role will involve development of bespoke marketing materials, working closely with Commercial Operations and cross‑functional HQ teams to ensure that distributors are equipped, aligned and capable to win locally.
A strong focus on tenders, payers, competitive displacement and digital execution is central to success in this role.
This is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid working pattern
Key Responsibilities
* Adapt global brand and category strategies/resources into effective local marketing execution for distributor markets.
* Develop bespoke marketing materials where global assets are unavailable or inappropriate.
* Support distributors to succeed across tenders, payer environments and competitive landscapes.
* Act as a strategic marketing partner to Commercial Operations and Global Marketing colleagues, driving alignment and consistency.
* Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial Execution, Digital and other HQ teams.
* Build distributor marketing capability and share best practice across markets.
* Track and review distributor marketing effectiveness and continuously refine tools and frameworks.
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience working in a similar marketing role, in a cross‑functional environment, with international exposure is essential.
* Experience working directly with distributors and/or tender‑driven markets, ideally within healthcare, nutrition or other regulated environments is desirable.
* Strong marketing and commercial understanding, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
* Experience supporting tenders, payers or non‑prescriber stakeholders is desirable.
* Awareness of digital and social media environments.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills with a creative, proactive mindset.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
* Collaborative, self‑motivated team player.
Qualifications
* Degree or professional qualification in Marketing is essential.
* Membership or qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or similar is advantageous.
In return my client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to work within a market leader who is continuing to grow and develop its presence internationally.
Ideally you will have worked within ingredients, health nutrition or pharmaceuticals as this would be a distinct advantage to hit the ground running within the role.
