What you will be doing
* Providing high‑quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
* Being responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
* Providing mentorship and support to team members.
* Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Skills and knowledge you will have
* A relevant nursing qualification.
* NMC registration.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* A high level of self‑motivation and a flexible approach.
* A positive attitude and a natural caring and compassionate nature.
* A commitment to high‑quality care, values and evidence‑based practice.
Location
Farmfield Drive, Charlwood, Surrey, RH6 0BN. Farmfield Hospital is a large purpose‑built medium‑secure service with good facilities. Adult men 18+ with forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and behaviour that challenge receive care here. The site is located north‑west of Gatwick Airport near the village of Hookwood, with good transport links by road, bus and train. It is easiest to reach the site by car.
