Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Contract Type: Long Term
Working Hours: 08:15 am to 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experienced: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
* SEN Support: Capable of providing 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Child Development Knowledge: A basic understanding of child development and effective support strategies.
* Team-Oriented: Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Empathetic Listener: Skilled in helping pupils boost their confidence and self-esteem through active listening and appropriate interventions.
