We are recruiting a Buyer to support an established purchasing team. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the whole end to end buying process. You will work closely with the purchasing team, liaise with suppliers, and support various departments within the company. If you are a good solid administrator we would like to hear from you. The role will report into the Supply Chain Manager. Hours of work: 7.30am to 4:00pm (30 Minutes lunch) Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 1.00pm on Fridays The main duties will be : * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Buying team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. * Assist in raising and processing purchase orders using the company’s system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Communicate with suppliers to track order progress, resolve any issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
