The Role
Macro Hive are looking for a highly organized, creative content producer/editor to take ownership of delivering and optimizing content across multiple formats. You’ll be both a trusted content producer, who can refine and repurpose financial market commentary to a global audience, and a technical editor that manages contributions from our specialist strategy team.
A newly formed position, you’ll shape innovation and direction in our content and marketing processes. From leading on podcast and webinar promotions to supporting our team of authors in disseminating their market-leading insights, you’ll bring both originality and accountability to the role. This is ideal for someone with previous experience editing and marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
* Editorial duties (~20-25% of time)
* Webinar & podcast distribution (~10-15% of time)
* Interview recordings and distribution (<5% of time)
* Collate Bloomberg chat messages to clients and curate as new content (~30% of time).
* Marketing pieces online (~20% of the time)
* Use AI and digital tools to scale content reuse across channels (webinars → articles, reports → newsletters, transcripts → social snippets, etc.)
Key Requirements
* Around 2+ years (or equivalent proven experience) in a content marketing, editorial, or digital content role.
* Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and desire to work in a team.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
* Comfortable owning contributor pipelines.
Desired Skills
* High degree of IT literacy & MS Office applications.
* Knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot (or equivalent), CMS, and social scheduling tools.
* Experience with graphic design.
Preferred Qualities:
* A good understanding of Compliance frameworks from a marketing perspective.
* Experience within the Financial Services sector, working in marketing communications.
* Good knowledge of investment products and financial markets and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively to communications.
* A good understanding and experience of producing digital content to engage with investment professionals.
