Based: Edinburgh (just out with city centre)
DRIVING LICENSE ESSENTAL
We are recuring on behalf of our client for a Temporary Viewing Agent to support their lettings team during a busy period. Full training will be provided, and the position is well suited to someone confident, organised, and comfortable working across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to emails and manage the enquiries inbox, proving feedback and reviews from previous viewings
2. New tenant enquiries
3. Conduct property viewings (typically 4 per day, with groups of up to 6 people)
4. Present properties professionally and answer questions from prospective tenants
5. Promote properties and assist in progressing suitable applicants into referencing
6. Maintain accurate records of viewings and applicant interactions
7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): secure Google reviews following viewings & successfully move suitable applicants into referencing from each appointment
Full training provided on the viewing system and company procedures
Requirements
8. Full, clean UK driver's licence (essential - pool cars provided)
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
10. Confident and personable with strong communication skills
11. Well presented and professional
12. Reliable and organised, with good time management
13. Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
14. Ideally has some experience in lettings or a customer-facing role
