We're Hiring: National Account Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and strategic National Account Manager to lead key retail partnerships, with a specific focus on managing and growing our Boots business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering account growth, negotiating impactful commercial plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive results.
You’ll play a central role in shaping retail strategy, owning the Boots relationship end-to-end, and ensuring exceptional execution across both online and in-store environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and grow the Boots account – manage the full commercial relationship, from annual planning to daily execution
* Build strategic partnerships with buyers and distributors across UK retail
* Negotiate trade spend, JBPs, pricing, and promotional investment
* Own account P&Ls, forecast sales, and ensure stock availability with supply chain teams
* Deliver flawless launches and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and brand teams
* Analyse performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead regular business reviews
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing the Boots account (minimum 2 years) – this is essential
* Strong commercial acumen and confidence owning P&L responsibility
* Experience managing other national retailers is a plus (e.g. Superdrug, online platforms)
* Line management experience (2+ years preferred)
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
