Role: Support Worker Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour Location: Bristol

About the Role: Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

* Creating and implementing support plans tailored to the needs of service users

* Providing emotional support and encouragement

* Monitoring CCTV and handling calls from internal and external contacts

* Maintaining a clean and tidy service environment

* Recording detailed notes in the event of any incidents

* Cleaning communal areas to ensure a safe and welcoming space

Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role or setting

* Right to Work in the UK

* Willingness to work waking night shifts

* Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

* Enhanced DBS required (preferably registered on the update service)
