Part-Time Supervisor Opportunity at Pavers in Hornsea
We have a part-time Supervisor position available at our Pavers store in Hornsea, following an internal promotion. This role involves a 16-hour weekly contract, working over 3 days on a flexible rota basis, with rotas planned 4 weeks in advance. Availability for a mix of weekend and weekday shifts is essential.

Role Responsibilities
* Support the management team in daily store operations, coaching and developing team members, and driving KPI achievement.
* Consistently deliver high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories tailored to customer needs.
* Be self-aware, open to learning, and take responsibility for your performance and that of your store alongside management.
* Embody and promote the Pavers DNA, leading by example at all times.
Pay, Hours & Benefits
Starting at £12.10 per hour, with an increase to £12.35 per hour after completing the required retail induction stages.
