Generalist HR Advisor
Office-based in the Sheffield area.
The role includes a mix of:
* Employee relations casework
* Employee lifecycle work
* Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
* HR data analytics
* Line manager coaching and advice
* Recruitment support
* HR project work
The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:
* HR Advisor level experience
* Would you be described as a self-assured and confident person, comfortable having challenging conversations?
* Do you have CIPD Level 5 or working towards this?
* Are you used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise?
