Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on private client tax matters to a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Lead and manage complex tax projects, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Support the development and implementation of tax planning strategies.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless professional services.
* Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the tax department.
* Oversee and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
* A relevant tax or accountancy qualification such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
* Strong technical knowledge of private client tax matters.
* Experience managing a varied client portfolio in the professional services industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
