Role Description
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading a small team, and ensuring every customer receives the right solution for their vehicle and lifestyle.
This is not a desk-based role — you’ll be actively involved in sales, customer service, and product installation 🔧

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone practical, customer-focused, and commercially aware.
You’ll ideally have:
* Proven experience in retail or automotive store management
* Strong interest in the outdoors, travel, or adventure lifestyle 🌍
* Good knowledge of vehicles and vehicle types 🚙
* Experience leading and motivating a small team
* Confidence in delivering excellent customer service
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach to work
* Basic IT skills 💻
* Confidence using tools (training provided where needed) 🔧
* A full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times ⭐
* Manage and develop a small team of sales staff and fitters
* Oversee stock control and store operations 📦
* Maintain high standards of store presentation
* Train and support staff in line with company processes
* Be actively involved in sales and product installation
