My client, a large Fleet and Plant hire company operating nationwide, is looking for a dedicated Breakdown Controller to join their team.
The Role of Breakdown Controller Includes:
1. Handling Enquiries:Responding to hire and service enquiries via telephone, email, and our online ordering system.
2. Breakdown Management:Managing calls from customers and arranging for engineers to attend breakdowns promptly.
3. Job Card Management:Updating job cards on the internal database and allocating jobs efficiently.
4. Machine Availability:Checking the availability of machines and ensuring their status is always up-to-date in our systems.
5. Coordination:Collaborating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure the correct machines are ready and delivered to customer sites.
