We are looking for a highly organised, diligent and efficient candidate who can fulfil our Clerk to the Governing Body role on a part-time self-employed basis. The ideal candidate also needs to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to deal with sensitive information with the utmost discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times. The clerk will be expected to provide advice and guidance to the Governing Body on governance, constitutional and procedural matters, as well as to contribute towards the efficient and effective functioning of the governing body and its committees.
