Key Skills & Responsibilities: The key skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
5. Posting sales invoices onto the system for all 4 offices
6. Ability to use different software packages.
7. Posting and coding supplier invoices onto the accounting system
8. Bank reconciliations
Ability to work in an extremely busy office environment and with a proactive approach, using initiative.
Experience required:
9. Strong IT skills and in particular in the use of Microsoft office and Excel
10. Ideally 2 years’ experience within an accounts function (sales ledger/ Reconciliations)
