Paralegal – Commercial Property
Location: Central Belt, Scotland (hybrid working available)
A leading UK commercial law firm with a strong presence in Scotland is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy real estate team.
The team advises a wide range of clients including developers, investors, lenders and occupiers on high-value and complex commercial property transactions across Scotland.
The role will involve:
* Supporting solicitors on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and leases
* Drafting and reviewing property documentation
* Managing title due diligence and reporting
* Liaising with clients, agents and Registers of Scotland
* Assisting with post-completion work and general file management
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years' experience as a paralegal in commercial property
* Strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing procedures
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
