About the Role
Flight Co‑ordinator / Airside Catering Operative operating at Gatwick Airport, supporting major international airlines with hands‑on aircraft catering. No aviation experience required – full training provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily airport catering operations at Gatwick Airport
* Deliver meals, beverages and equipment for airline flights in line with flight specifications
* Ensure accurate loading of aircraft catering
* Handle and move catering carts, trolleys and equipment safely
* Work airside around aircraft and airport vehicles
* Follow strict aviation safety, food hygiene and compliance standards
* Ensure on‑time delivery to meet tight flight departure schedules
* Communicate with airline crews and internal logistics teams
* Report delays, shortages or operational issues immediately
* Maintain high standards in a regulated airport environment
About You
* Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
* Ability to work early shifts (from 3am), evenings and weekends
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Experience in a fast‑paced operational environment
* Physically fit (lifting/pushing up to 25kg)
* Comfortable working outdoors, in chilled environments and at height
* Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, catering, transport or customer service is an advantage but not essential
Important Information (Aviation Compliance)
This role operates 7 days a week and requires full flexibility, including weekends, evenings and public holidays. Due to aviation security regulations, all applicants must provide a fully verifiable 5‑year employment history, hold the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the UK and complete security clearance prior to starting. Additional documentation may be required during onboarding.
