Job Summary

Customer Service Administrator – Bath (Office-based – no hybrid working) • Salary: £26,000 per annum

Are you highly organised, customer-focused and great at keeping things running smoothly? Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy Bath team.


The Role

In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting service engineers and ensuring the smooth running of the service department. From logging service requests and scheduling engineers, through to stock management and reporting, you’ll be a vital link between customers, engineers and the wider team.


Key Responsibilities

* Handling incoming customer calls and emails, logging requests promptly.
* Scheduling engineers across two regions.
* Ordering and booking stock/parts and arranging installations.
* Managing toner requests and liaising with third-party providers.
* Coordinating third-party service callouts.
* Processing warranties.
* Supporting administration of the company’s new CRM (Sherpa).
* Overseeing the toner recycling scheme.
* Preparing engineer statistics and reports for management.
* Providing meter readings and call details to Account Managers.
* Assisting with occasional picking/packing of toners from stock.
* Carrying out any other reasonable duties within scope of the role.


About You / Qualifications

* Has proven experience in customer service and staff coordination.
* Is confident communicating with customers, including handling complaints professionally.
* Can learn and work with bespoke systems.
* Brings a mature, proactive approach to work.
* Is physically able to handle light stock (no heavy lifting).
* Ideally has their own transport for occasional inter-office training (mileage paid, free parking).
