We are seeking a motivated and experienced Process & Systems Coordinator to join our Delegated Commissioning Team at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, detail-focused, and confident in improving administrative systems to better support clinical and commissioning decisions. In this critical role, you will support case managers and coordinate the administration of our Complex Care Panel, ensuring that applications are effectively prepared, processed, and supported through the decision-making process. You will work closely with provider services, multidisciplinary teams, and commissioning and clinical colleagues to streamline operations and achieve the best outcomes for individuals requiring bespoke care solutions. Lead and coordinate the preparation and quality assurance of Complex Care Panel submissions. Improve and maintain efficient administrative and office systems that support care coordination and decision-making. Provide detailed analysis and support the presentation of cases to clinical panels. Oversee a portfolio of individual care packages and support financial processes, including invoicing and tracking. Contribute to service improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical system enhancements. Line manage the administrative support, including workload prioritisation, performance monitoring, and induction of new staff. Deliver high-quality data reporting and ensure the consistent use of systems to support commissioning processes. Support the onboarding and ongoing development of team members, including delivery of training on systems and processes.
