About the Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant
* Location: ‘Outstanding’ primary school in north Liverpool
* Duration: Full-time, term-time role for the rest of the academic year
* Pay: Up to £490 per week
* Hours: Monday to Friday, during school hours
* Ideal for: Graduates with a 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, or a core subject
* Perfect for: Aspiring teachers, SEN specialists, or educational psychologists
In this role, you’ll support children who need extra help, whether in 1-to-1 sessions or small groups. You’ll have the chance to work closely with teachers and other professionals, playing an integral part in the school’s mission to provide a nurturing environment for all students.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with additional needs, offering tailored 1-to-1 and small group assistance
* Collaborate with teachers and other learning support assistants to deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum
* Encourage students’ social and emotional development
* Use interactive tools and activities, both inside and outside the classroom, to create engaging learning experiences
* Help to organise school events, such as sports days and outings
* Monitor and report on students' progress, keeping teachers informed about any changes in behaviour or development
* Build strong relationships with students, staff, and external professionals like educational psychologists
What We’re Looking For:
* A graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a core subject
* Passion for working with children and supporting their development
