This is a full-time, permanent position with the option to work 2-3 days per week in the Maidstone office for a balanced work experience. Responsibilities: Create plans and strategies to deliver new insurance schemes to deliver growth and support plans in the schemes arena. Delivery of 2 new schemes per annum, a scheme being recognised through the delivery of £250,000 retained income on an annual basis Instigate research to ascertain feasibility of new scheme development and market test to create strategic forecast and growth plans. Requirements: Proven sales & business development experience gained in an insurance background. Proven track record in building B2B relationships. Excellent experience, knowledge, and key contact relationships in the insurance sector. This role offers great financial reward plus an impressive benefits package.
