Location: Wymondham
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday | Start between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM | 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry into company databases
*
Organise and maintain both digital and physical files
*
Index and catalogue documents in line with company procedures
*
Support the admin team with day-to-day clerical tasks
*
Ensure all processes and standards are followed
*
Work closely with team members to maintain smooth workflow
Candidate Requirements:
*
Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
*
Highly organised and detail-oriented
*
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
*
Familiarity with general admin and office procedures
*
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
*
Prior experience in indexing or data entry is desirable, but not essential
