We are working with a highly reputed professional services firm seeking a commercially minded Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of business change, operations, and marketing transformation programmes. This role offers the opportunity to shape governance, build capability, and deliver high-impact initiatives within a growing PMO environment.
The Role
Working closely with senior leaders across Operations, Marketing, and PMO, you’ll take ownership of several cross-functional programmes focused on:
* Enhancing operational efficiency and process improvement.
* Delivering strategic marketing and digital initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and performance.
* Driving business change and capability uplift across teams and regions.
* You’ll oversee budgets, governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure visibility, control, and measurable value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of change and transformation initiatives.
* Build structure through governance, reporting, and risk management.
* Collaborate across business functions to align priorities and remove delivery barriers.
* Track budgets, benefits, and progress to ensure tangible outcomes.
* Champion PMO best practice and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing business change, operational, or marketing programmes.
* Strong understanding of PMO governance and benefits realisation.
* Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders.
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with tools such as Asana or similar project platforms is beneficial.
