We are seeking a strategic, visionary Chief Growth Officer to spearhead our next phase of growth and innovation.
About the Role
As Chief Growth Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the executive leadership team. You will lead the strategic direction of business growth across all revenue channels - driving expansion, optimizing marketing and customer acquisition, identifying new markets, and building strategic partnerships. This role combines visionary thinking with hands-on execution to unlock new levels of performance, creativity and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a comprehensive growth strategy across all channels - digital, experiential, B2B, and franchising.
Marketing & Brand
Oversee the marketing function, ensuring a unified brand narrative while optimising campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
Revenue Optimization
Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and product teams to identify and activate new revenue streams, including licensing, partnerships, and global markets.
Data & Performance Analytics
Implement data-driven decision-making across the business; establish KPIs and performance dashboards to track growth metrics.
Innovation & Experience Development
Work with creative and operational leads to develop and scale new formats of immersive experiences that target audiences beyond those of traditional venues.
Strategic Partnerships
Identify and nurture partnerships with strategic partners, media partners, franchise operators, and hospitality/retail operators to amplify reach and capability.
Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team. Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and accountability.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of driving significant growth in an entertainment, live experiences, hospitality, or consumer brand setting.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, commercial strategy, and brand positioning.
* Experience in scaling businesses, ideally including international market entry or franchising/licensing.
* Demonstrated ability to translate audience insights into actionable strategy.
* Data-savvy and fluent in performance metrics, conversion funnels and customer life cycle management.
* Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A passion for immersive entertainment, storytelling, and customer-centric innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in developing new business opportunities internationally.
* Previous C-level experience in growth, marketing or strategy roles.
* Deep understanding of audience development, consumer behaviour and digital marketing.
* Strong business acumen and proven experience working with P&L, forecasts and ROI modelling.
* Experience leading teams and scaling initiatives in creative or start-up environments.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
* A strategic thinker, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving business.
