Job Description
iMultiply are working with a growing and forward-thinking business seeking a proactive and driven Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is working towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) and looking to develop their skills within a supportive and dynamic environment. You will play a key role in the month-end cycle, reporting, and supporting financial decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts including journals, accruals, and prepayments
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews
* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
* Prepare and submit VAT returns
* Support with cash flow reporting and analysis
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audit preparation
* Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
* Assist with the development of internal controls and reporting improvements
Candidate Requirements
* Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant experience in a management accounting role
* Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, or similar)
* Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with non-finance colleagues
* Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a continuous improvement culture
