Locations: Bracknell (base), covering Basingstoke, Reading, High Wycombe, with occasional travel to Bristol & Kingston
Salary: Up to £32,500
Hours: 40 hours per week | MondayFriday (8:00am6:00pm) | Weekend rota (1 in 3): Saturdays 10:00am5:00pm, Sundays 10:00am4:00pm
A dynamic multi-site role responsible for supporting store performance across several locations. As a Relief Store Manager, you will lead operations, drive sales, and ensure compliance while delivering consistently high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
*
o Take full operational responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager
*
o Drive sales performance, manage enquiries, and maximise conversion rates
*
o Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve targets
*
o Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and Health & Safety procedures
*
o Conduct store audits, including quarterly visits to Bristol and Kingston
*
o Monitor store performance, reporting, and local market activity
*
o Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational efficiency
*
o Support ad hoc project work as required
Key Requirements
*
o Proven management experience, with the ability to deputise when required
*
o Strong numerical and analytical skills
*
o High attention to detail, particularly in compliance and audit processes
*
o Commercially xsngvjr aware with the ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities
*
o Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
o Full UK driving licence required; willingness to travel between sites
*
o Must hold business-use vehicle insurance (salary reflects this requirement)
