An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Team Leader to join a well-established care provider known for delivering high-quality residential support for young people within a nurturing, well-structured environment.
As a Senior Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership within a residential setting, supporting staff, maintaining care standards, safeguarding children, and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
This role offers a salary range of £33,300 - £35,000 plus £55 per sleep ins and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, motivating and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care
Allocating tasks and ensuring effective shift coordination
Providing supervision, guidance and performance feedback to staff
Overseeing daily operations and escalating issues where required
Supporting staff development through coaching and mentoring
Promoting positive behaviour support approaches within the home
Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Supporting compliance with health & safety and risk management processes
What we are looking for
Previously worked as a Senior Team Leader, Residential Support Worker, Care Team leader, Keyworker, Childcare Worker or in a similar role
Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (Residential) or equivalent
Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within residential care
Flexible, resilient approach with strong organisational skills
Commitment to high standards of care and professional practice
