A growing service provider based in Birstall is seeking an Invoicing & Operations Manager to lead a performing administrative team, ensuring efficient invoicing, streamlined processes, and exceptional client service. This is a full-time office based role suited to a proactive and driven individual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the office team to deliver accurate and timely invoicing.
* Oversee invoicing processes, WIP calculations and customer portals.
* Develop and implement efficient office procedures and controls.
* Manage job tracking systems and daily operational reporting.
* Support credit control by dealing with customer queries.
* Maintain and update customer records, trackers, and portals.
