In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone/remotely). Testing new technology. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Logging customer queries/issues in the company ticketing system promptly. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
