This role would suit a Data Lead/Manager, or a Senior Data Engineer who has taken the lead on projects and is ready to move into a people-focused position.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be guiding a small team of talented Data Engineers, staying hands-on while helping to set direction, improve processes, and drive high-quality data delivery across the business.
You’ll get involved in:
* Leading and developing a data engineering team
* Managing workloads, releases, testing and change requests
* Working closely with BI, technology and business teams
* Enhancing data warehouse solutions and driving best practice
* Supporting continuous improvement and innovation

* SQL
* ETL tools
* Power BI
