Job Description
The post plays a key role in supporting operational staff within an Adult Day Care Service. This includes maintaining the Social Work Information system in respect of referrals to the service and maintaining updates to changes in service delivery. In order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Health and Social Care Partnership Plan and the Community Plan Post holder will provide a customer care role, including sign-posting where required both in terms of telephony and reception provision. The post holder will also provide minute taker support where required.
Requirements
The duties of this post requires access to the public sector network and therefore the successful applicant must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment with East Ayrshire Council will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received. Any information that is disclosed on a basic disclosure will require to be discussed before a formal offer of employment is made.

This is a part time, temporary post based within Locality Health & Care, Day Care Services.
Work Pattern - (Week 1) 3 days (Week 2) 2 days
Annual Salary - £12, - £12,
The workstyle for this post is ‘Fixed’ - 80-% of your time at a single office base or work location.
You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 4 and 5 days per week.
The admin base for this post is Rosebank Resource Centre, Kilmarnock.
