Job Description
This role supports the store manager across all operations and procedures, utilizing the core team to deliver daily objectives focused on high standards in customer service and achieving targeted KPIs, all within JYSK concepts and guidelines.
1. Main KPIs include sales, stock accuracy, customer feedback, among others.
2. This is a physically demanding role; we seek managers with drive and ambition to succeed in a demanding workload environment.
3. Must be flexible with working hours and possess strong retail experience in stock control and team motivation.
4. As the business grows, we are looking for future talent within DSMs, aiming to develop future store managers within this talent pool.
