The White Horse has been serving the good people of SE15 since the early 1800's, with Parched Pubs taking the reins in 2014. The White Horse is part of Parched Ltd, a small group of south London pubs which are passionate about hospitality and sustainability.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in supervising fellow work colleagues in a hospitality setting
- Experience in leading quieter shifts on your own, training new staff and upholding company standards
- Strong customer service skills
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude, great eye for detail and a good work ethic
- An individual with great personality whom customers can recognise as being knowledgeable & "in charge"
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK & fluent English
