Job Description
Our prestigious client based in Worsley, Manchester, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term contract starting in August and running until the end of January.
Our client is one of the largest providers of various Medical and Industrial gases in the UK and Ireland.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with clients. Since this role is phone-based, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential.
This is a varied role and offers a great opportunity for someone looking to develop and enhance their customer service skills.
Pay Rate:
£13.77 per hour
Shift Pattern:
08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday
Key Duties include:
* Answering a high volume of calls
* Taking order details from the public or trade customers
* Creating accounts
* Handling and processing orders using an internal system
* Identifying and addressing customers' needs and advising on products and services
* Taking full ownership of customer queries through to resolution
* Opening and managing personal and business accounts
* Exceeding expectations with quality work
