The Regional Sales Manager UK PCMO at Motul Deutschland GmbH, based in the United Kingdom, is responsible for generating new customers for Motul's importers, building direct relationships, and growing the Motul brand in the Automotive, HD & associated Markets.
YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION!
* Implement and develop the UK automotive Strategy Plan based on feedback, solutions, and problem detection.
* Manage customer relationships, including order intake, tracking, credit notes, claims, product returns, and delivery time tracking in SAP and CRM.
* Drive growth with NTR and additional Motul product launches.
* Support weekly visits to distributors and customers to grow sales.
* Analyze sales data, review performance, and prepare reports.
* Map competitor prices in the UK & Ireland.
* Support trade fairs, shows, agency contracts, sponsorships, and racing events.
* Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Brand Ambassadors for promotions.
* Develop new sales channels for Additives, Bike Care, and Motul concepts for importers.

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONALITY!
* Previous UK & Ireland Automotive/Aftermarket trade experience dealing with Buying groups.
* Sales and marketing experience.
* Proven ability to establish credibility with key customers and partners.
* Graduate or comparable industry experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe is an advantage.
* Professional sales certifications are a plus.
* Sales/Negotiation training evidence.
* Ability to travel frequently within UK & Ireland.
* Proactive attitude with a desire to succeed.
* Driving license B.
