At Realise, we’re searching for people who are passionate about developing and supporting our learners to fulfil their potential. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for teaching assistant skills tutors to join the team based in the Liverpool area.
The Role
Please note that this opportunity is subject to contract win.
Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
- Deliver our 'Preparing to Work in Schools,' Level 1 and Level 2 qualification, Level 2 certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Understanding Autism (Children)
- Ensure the successful completion, achievement and progression of all learners on your caseload in a timely manner.
- Constantly identifying progression opportunities for learners
- Organise, plan, deliver, and evaluate teaching, learning, and assessment at a range of levels, as well as the timely completion of related admin using our e-portfolio systems.
- To build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with all clients.
- Ability and willingness to respond positively and effectively to change and innovation
- This role will require you to both travel to client’s premises, our skills hubs and work remotely and flexibly as and when required.

About You
- Have a minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C for Maths and English or equivalent.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices and legislation.
