The Role
* Take ownership of your territory, driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor
* Generate new business through networking, targeted outreach, referrals, and digital engagement
* Deliver professional product or service presentations, demonstrating value and solutions to customers
* Provide consultative recommendations tailored to individual customer needs
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through to closing deals

What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience within a sales, account management, or territory-based role
* Someone who has farming/outdoor/agricultural/machinery knowledge or background
* Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Confident negotiation and closing abilities
* Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised
* Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
