Duties
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
* Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing merchandise display.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
* Fit riding helmets, footwear and body protectors.
* Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
* Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated time frame.
Skills
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Excellent equestrian knowledge
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
* Time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
* Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
