As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be supporting the Front office Supervsor and responsible for the cleaning standards of the hotel and public areas. Maximizing the performance of your team, leading by example and setting high standards to ensure the service is operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications.
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. A good attention to detail
The role involves regular weekend work and is not a 9 to 5pm job
The Hotel has 37 bedrooms which is the key focus for the role- but also have public areas, including banqueting, restaurant bar and Spa which the person needs to ensure is kept clean to a high stanard
