Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team?
We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to support a team of Directors with their daily business and administration. In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of the team, handling key responsibilities, and maintaining efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in managing Directors' diaries and booking meeting rooms and external venues
* Help arrange UK travel for Directors
* Transcribe instructions from Directors to assist with cases
* Be the first point of contact for telephone calls for Directors, transferring calls and taking messages promptly
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Proactive and able to take initiative
