JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay Rate: £29,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 4-on-4-off, 12 hour shifts ( 6am-6pm or 7am-7pm)
Location: Gatwick Airport, RH6 0JW
PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
1. Long term resource planning - maintain staff rosters, schedule training and manage leave
2. Updating various IT systems, used for payroll and resource planning
3. Generate daily reports for site managers, and upload new employees on to the payroll system
4. Work through a shared inbox - responding to queries and dealing with requests
5. Communicating effectively with colleagues and agencies face to face, as well as by phone and email
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
6. Previous experience in an administration role, essential
7. Strong IT skills and a confident user of basic Excel, essential
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Excellent communication skills - calm, friendly and professional
10. Organised, with the ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL
11. Be able to provide 5 years address history
12. Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
13. To obtain a full airside ID
