A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a SMT Supervisor to join a fantastic engineering business in the Lymington area. With no day ever being the same the SMT Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities
* Assisting the Manufacturing Team Leads in running the production cell to achieve on-time delivery of customer orders and safety stock demand.
* Day-to-day administration and organisation of the manufacturing cell in terms of people and documentation.
* Ensure that assembly operatives correctly follow production and safety instructions.
* Help to train team members in the assembly, test techniques and test data recording
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Experience as an SMT Supervisor or similar position
* Skilled in PCB work, soldering, and component-level inspection or repair
* Previous leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous
