Account Manager
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our fast-paced client team and take control of a number of important accounts for the business. You will be responsible for taking briefs and working with internal teams to understand client expectations, ensuring timely progression of jobs through the design process. While delivering first-class products and services, you’ll develop existing client relationships and grow the accounts by identifying and capitalising on new and innovative opportunities.
We’ll rely on your experience to help us make strategic decisions about our partnership with clients, assisting them in identifying their commercial opportunities for sustained growth. You’ll work alongside other Account Managers in a dynamic environment, engaging in interesting work with clients and your team. You’ll become familiar with our products and be able to communicate their benefits effectively, strengthening your network and enhancing our client’s market reputation.
About you
* Previous Account Management experience, comfortable working across multiple accounts with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to make strategic decisions
* Understanding of POS, FSDUs, and Shippers
* Commercial awareness and confidence with financial aspects
* Sales-oriented personality, capable of uncovering and investigating new opportunities
* Print experience (2D or 3D) is advantageous
