Location: Central London Working Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH) Salary: Up to £52,000
A prestigious US law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support their busy Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong legal secretarial experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earnersManaging complex diaries and coordinating meetingsPreparing and amending legal documents and correspondenceHandling billing and time recordingOrganising travel arrangements and itinerariesLiaising with clients and internal departments professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Corporate Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksProficiency in MS Office and legal document management systemsA team player with a flexible and proactive approach
