The Opportunity
We're looking for a Designer to help deliver digital and UX design that not only looks exceptional but drives engagement and conversion. You'll work on projects from concept through to delivery, playing a key role in bringing to life high impact creative for some of the world's most exciting brands and retailers.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, you'll work closely with strategists, developers, and client teams to design experiences across digital, UX, content production and even print. With every touchpoint built to inspire, engage and convert.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver purposeful, performance-driven design that elevates the customer experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into smart, strategic design
* Balance multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving, reactive environment
* Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craft, usability, and brand consistency
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a solid foundation in UX
* A portfolio that shows off your ability to design content and experiences that convert, especially in retail and e-commerce
* Strong communication skills and confidence presenting work internally and to clients
* Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms
* A strategic thinker with sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
* Bonus: Skills in CRM automation tools such as Moveable Ink would be highly advantageous
