Job Description Do you have experience working with children and families? If so, working as a Keyworker for East Sussex County Council might be the right job for you! As a Keyworker you will deliver specialist support to families who have been assessed as having multiple and complex needs who, without support, are at risk of either needing social care intervention or of entering the care system. You will assess need and develop a plan with the family that has clear and measurable outcomes.
